Report a broken station, request a station, or file a bug
The fastest way is the public issue tracker — it's open to everyone, and you can search existing reports before filing a new one:
In the apps, the quickest path for a dead stream is the built-in Report broken station button — it sends an anonymous report (station id/name, stream host, app version, and the current playback error) with one tap. See the privacy policy for exactly what that report contains.
Common questions
A station won't play. Streams sometimes go offline at the broadcaster's end, or are geo-restricted to a country. Try another station to confirm your connection, then tap Report broken station so we can check it.
My favorites disappeared. On the web, favorites and recents live in your browser's storage — clearing site data removes them. On iOS, enable iCloud Sync to keep favorites, lists, and added stations across reinstalls.
A logo is wrong or shouldn't be here. rrradio is an independent directory. Email us or open an issue and we'll correct or remove it promptly — see Logos and trademarks.
